The face behind Savvy!

Hi, I’m Lara! I am the founder of Savvy Virtual Admin Services and I have been working as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager for over 20 years in the corporate world. With all the changes in technology, it became apparent to me that my role can be carried out remotely. I’ve seen a lot of stressed, burnt out professionals and small business owners in my career and I get satisfaction out of helping people. So then Savvy was born! I currently have clients as far as Tokyo, Tenterfield, Brisbane, Tweed Heads, & Coffs Harbour. My clients are predominantly sole business owners trying to tackle every aspect of running a business. All of my clients have cloud-based software and emails which allows me to log in and carry out many different tasks on a daily basis. This takes the pressure off my clients as they know that while they are focusing on the important things, their admin is still being attended to.

Over the last few years, I have loved gaining experience and knowledge in a variety of different areas including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I have worked with both service providers such as Occupational Therapists & NDIS Plan Managers. I have also worked with clients in the trades industry. All of which I have loved and enjoyed bringing variety to my day.

Pricing

With today’s technologies many professionals are turning to outsourcing for many aspects of their business including administration. When you compare the numbers, business owners can be spending anywhere from $30k to upward of $60k for admin roles. Taking into account annual leave, sick leave, superannuation, public holidays, workers comp & overheads.

We have fixed fee pricing which is based on a fixed monthly fee which secures you a specific number of hours each month based on your needs. It gives you peace of mind knowing that you have that support when you need it. We prefer this upfront option so that everyone knows where they stand.
